As the trade association for the U.S. food import industry since 1906, we at AFI understand the importance of meeting U.S. food safety requirements and we‘re here to support you in achieving compliance and avoiding costly penalties.

AFI offers the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance FSVP course, the only one with FDA-recognized curriculum. Your instructor is AFI President Bob Bauer, who served on the FSPCA task force that developed the course. With his expertise in the food import industry, his contributions to the development of the program and his experience in teaching the course, you can trust that AFI offers a valuable experience for attendees from all sectors of the food import industry.
